1 – CONSISTENT ACTION IS MANAGEABLE
Many people struggle to make the time to take the necessary action to achieve their goals. Between the daily demands of life, you may feel that you have little time for you to work on your future. One of the reasons why taking consistent action will make achieving your goals more manageable is because you are able to have small pockets of time dedicated to the actions.
Think about it. If you only work on your goals once a week you might need to block out a whole afternoon, but if you take action every day you could devote just 20-30 minutes. Fitting 20-30 minutes into your daily life is manageable for most and will increase the chances of you taking the necessary actions.
2 – CONSISTENT ACTION WILL BECOME A HABIT
When you do something frequently it becomes a habit. Habits are your bodies way of using less energy by doing actions on autopilot. Habits can be good or bad depending on what the habit is. However, if you make taking an action that is helping you achieve your goals into a habit then you are making it easier for you take that action automatically, which in the long run will help you achieve your goal.
3 – CONSISTENT ACTION MEANS CONTINUAL PROGRESS
When you do something consistently you are bound to improve. You will be making ongoingly making progress. Day by day or week by week you will be moving in the right direction.
4 – CONSISTENT ACTION WILL ENSURE YOU ARE FOCUSING ON YOUR GOALS.
If you are taking action consistently taking action to achieve a goal then you will consistently be thinking about your goal. One of the most common reasons for not achieving a goal is simply because people forget.
