On Monday 7th December 2020 PropelHer’s Book Club will be discussing Lift As You Climb: Women and the Art of Ambition by Viv Groskop.
Each December PropelHer’s Book Club reads a book that has been published that year to ensure we are mixing up the old-school classics with some new titles.
This December we’ll be discussing Lift As You Climb: Women and the Art of Ambition by Viv Groskop. (A copy of the book was gifted to PropelHer’s Founder by Penguin Random House)
In this book, Viv tries to address the complex issue of being ambitious in the workplace and asserting yourself, whilst also ensuring you are supporting, or as a minimum not disadvantaging, those around you.
If you’ve ever questioned what sisterhood in the workplace looks like or want to know how to support those around you as you rise up, then this is a book for you.
