PropelHer’s Book Club have now discussed The Authority Gap. You can check out the summary of the book here. And check out what they are reading at the moment here.
On Monday 4th March 2024 PropelHer’s Book Club will be discussing The Authority Gap: Why women are still taken less seriously than men, and what we can do about it by Mary Ann Sieghart.
International Women’s Day is on the 8th March this year and the fact remains that women are treated differently to men every single day.
And in The Authority Gap Mary Ann shares a wealth of data that highlights the scale of the bias that still exist today.
Using a mixture of data, interviews with pioneering women and her own insight, Mary Ann now only showcases the scale of the problem, but also shares how to address and counteract systemic sexism in ways that benefit everyone.
