Heard great things about morning affirmations and want to give them a go for yourself? Keep on reading as you’ll find 20 positive morning affirmations to start your day off right.
I’m a big believer in the power of starting your day off on the right foot. A very common way to do this is by following a morning routine.
If you haven’t come across the idea of a morning routine before it is where you have decided on what activities you are going to do every morning and the idea is to choose activities that will help optimise your performance throughout the rest of the day. Some common activities include journalling, exercising, meditating and practising affirmations.
If you don’t already have a morning routine then check out How to create a morning routine to set yourself up for success. A very popular morning routine is called The Miracle Morning. It was created by Hal Elrod and in his book The Miracle Morning he outlines the 6 essential parts to a morning routine. You can find out the 6 steps in my video series breakdown here.
Now whether you decide to practice affirmations as part of a larger morning routine, or by themselves doesn’t matter. Either way, practising affirmations in the morning is a great thing to do. Here are 20 positive morning affirmations to get your started.

HOW TO PRACTISE YOUR POSITIVE MORNING AFFIRMATIONS
Once you have decided on your positive morning affirmations, you’ll need to decide how to practice them. With affirmations the aim is to practice them daily. There are 3 common ways to practice your affirmations:
- Write them down
- Say them out loud
- Listen to them
Only you can make a decision about what is best for you. For example, if you live with other people you may find it difficult to have a quiet space where you feel comfortable saying your affirmations out loud and therefore you might prefer to write them down or listen to them. If you are someone who is short on time you may prefer to listen to your affirmations as you can be listening to them whilst doing another menial task.
There you have it! You now have everything you need to practise your positive morning affirmations.
In the comments, I would love to know one of the affirmations that you have decided to use.
