In an attempt to be successful many people will sacrifice sleep. Arianna believes this is the wrong attitude to have and in her book, The Sleep Revolution, attempts to help us all prioritise our sleep and get a good night sleep.
April 2019 – The Charisma Myth: Master the Art of Personal Magnetism by Olivia Fox Cabane.
Many people assume that charisma is something you have or you don’t. However, Olivia wanted to challenge that option and in The Charisma Myth sets out to teach you how to be charismatic.
May 2019 – The Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be by Jack Canfield.
Leading Success Coach Jack Canfield believes that anyone can be successful if they follow his principles. With 67 principles and at over 500 pages long The Success Principles isn’t for everyone, but is filled with solid advice to help anyone to get from where they are to where they want to be.
June 2019 – How to Own the Room: Women and the Art of Brilliant Speaking by Viv Groskop.
