On Monday 2nd March, PropelHer’s Book Club will be Lean Out by Dawn Foster.
In 2013 Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In: Women, Work and the Will to Lead was published. Very quickly it became a bestseller and the must-read for any working women.
Whilst millions fell in love with what Sheryl had written, not everyone agreed.
To celebrate the 50th session of PropelHer’s Book Club, we’ll be reading and discussing the anti-‘Lean In’ book – Lean Out by Dawn Foster.
Whether you loved or hated Lean In, Lean Out is a chance to reflect on Lean In nearly 7 years later and ask yourself “Is Leaning In the right thing for me and if not, what is the alternative?”.
Ready to discuss women succeeding in the workplace?
Book your ticket, get a copy of the book and start reading.
PropelHer’s Book Club will be meeting on Monday 2nd March at Kindred, London and 11pm (GMT) online. You can book your ticket to join this session and all the other 2020 session below.
