Next the book explains the important of Self-Talk, how we are all programmed with lots of negative thinking and the self-management sequence. Then Shad walks you through the five levels of Self-Talk. The fact is all of us practice self-talk on a daily basis, but there are different levels and our aim is to move from Level I to Level V. He then goes onto explain the five different ways you can use Self-Talk in your life.
The final part of the book Shad has written out detailed Self-Talk scripts for numerous situations.
